HireAI is a full-stack AI recruitment platform built for a mid-size enterprise hiring team. The brief was simple but ambitious: replace manual resume screening with intelligent AI automation without losing the human judgment that makes great hires happen. Designed around two users — recruiters who needed speed and visibility, and candidates who wanted transparency on where their application stood.
